La Lotería
Below are links to download a lotería game to practice the Spanish alphabet.
First, use this alphabet page to learn each letter and memorize the word that goes with each picture. You can cut along the lines to turn this sheet into little flash cards. The cards will later be used by the person who acts as the "caller" during the game.
I have created two different sets of tablas (the player cards). This set has just the letters of the alphabet. This set has just the pictures. You can play the game in different ways to reinforce the letter sounds in different ways.
Using the tablas with letters:
The caller can call the letters OR call out the word that goes with each letter. When a player wins the game, make sure that they repeat back the letter sounds they have marked off on their tabla.
Using the tablas with pictures:
The caller can call the word that goes with the picture, or just the letter sound. When a player wins the game, make sure that they repeat back the letter sounds they have marked off on their tabla.

¡Pesca!
First, use the vocabulary sheet to practice the farm animal vocab. When you know the words really well, you can print and cut out the game cards and play "Go Fish" (you will need to print out four copies of the game card page so that each player can collect four of a kind). Here are some phrases you will need to play the game:
- Whose turn is it? "¿A quién le toca?"
- It's my turn. "A mí me toca."
- It's your turn. "A ti te toca."
- Do you have a . . . ? "¿Tienes un/a. . .?"
- Yes I have a . . . "Sí. Tengo un/a. . ."
- Take it. "Toma."
- No, I don't have a . . . "No. No tengo un/a."
- Go Fish! "Ve a pescar." (or "Pesca.")
- Good luck. "Buena suerte."
- Too bad. "¡Qué pena!"
- Fantastic. "¡Fantástico!"
- Congratulations! "¡Felicidades!"
- Please. "Por favor"
- Thanks. "Gracias"
- You're welcome. "De nada."
